Instructions
- Tear the rainbow tissue paper into petal shapes.
- Apply the petal-shaped tissue paper around the clear jar using the foam brush and decoupage glue.
- Add the dried petals onto the jar for personal touches.
- Seal the entire design with a layer of decoupage glue.
- Let the lantern dry completely, about 30-60 minutes.
