Ingredients
Scale
12 white cupcake liners
Rainbow watercolor paint
Black marker
Rainbow yarn
Mini pom-poms
Glue
Instructions
Paint the bottoms of the cupcake liners with soft rainbow washes. Lay down a couple of sheets of paper to protect your workspace. Let the kids explore the spectrum of colors and create soft blends. Once painted, set them aside to dry completely.
Turn the liners upside down and draw friendly ghost faces with the black marker. Encourage your little ones to create unique ghost expressions.
String them all together using the colorful yarn, adding in the mini pom-poms for a fun touch. As you thread the yarn through the liners, consider adding mini pom-poms between each ghost.
Notes
Supervise younger kids during the painting step. If paint doesn’t adhere well, ensure the cupcake liners are clean and dry.
