Ingredients

  • Crayons
  • Wax paper
  • Cookie cutters
  • Parchment paper
  • String

Instructions

  1. Preheat your iron on a low setting to get it ready.
  2. Place your cookie cutters on a parchment-lined tray, making sure they don’t touch each other.
  3. Fill the bottoms of the cookie cutters with a thin layer of crayon shavings.
  4. Cover them with a sheet of wax paper.
  5. Press the warm iron on top of the wax paper for a few seconds.
  6. Let the melted wax cool completely, then pop the shapes out of the cookie cutters.
  7. Punch a small hole at the top of each shape, and thread some string through it to create a hanger.
  8. Display your stunning suncatchers in a sunny window!
