Instructions
- Insert the fairy light string into the plastic bottle, ensuring the battery pack remains outside.
- Apply hot glue in small sections around the bottle with adult supervision.
- Press handfuls of fiberfill onto the glue, shaping it as you go.
- Continue to add fiberfill until you form a fluffy cloud shape around the bottle.
