- 30 cupcake liners in orange, purple, lime, pink & turquoise
- Cardboard ring
- Googly eyes
- Black cardstock
- Glue
Instructions
- Start by folding and layering the colorful cupcake liners around the cardboard wreath.
- Once you have a full, fluffy look, add googly eyes throughout your wreath.
- Finish off your monster wreath by cutting tiny monster mouths, bats, and colorful horns from the black cardstock and gluing them on.
