Instructions

  1. Prepare five separate borax solutions by mixing 2 cups of hot water with 1/2 cup of borax in each jar until fully dissolved.
  2. Add a few drops of your chosen fairy-inspired food coloring to each jar, creating delightful hues.
  3. Gently suspend one pinecone in each jar, allowing it to dangle in the colorful solution.
  4. Set the jars aside and let them rest undisturbed for 12 to 24 hours to allow the crystals to form.
  5. After the waiting period, carefully remove the pinecones and let them dry completely.
