  • 1/2 cup baking soda

  • Food coloring (optional)

Instructions

  1. Start by measuring 1 cup of cornstarch and pour it into the mixing bowl.
  2. Add 1/2 cup of baking soda next, creating a dry mixture.
  3. Slowly incorporate 3/4 cup of water into the bowl, stirring as you go to avoid clumps.
  4. Keep mixing until the dough starts to come together and is smooth to the touch.
  5. If desired, add a few drops of food coloring at this stage. Knead it in for a light, even color.
  6. Once the dough has reached a desirable consistency, you can remove it from the bowl and start molding.
