Ingredients
- White balloons

Instructions
- Start by inflating the white balloons.
- Once the balloons are inflated, tie them securely at the end.
- Next, take your clear glue and apply it all over one side of the balloon.
- With the glue in place, grab your cotton balls, and begin to gently press them onto the glued section of the balloon.
- As you layer the cotton balls on the balloon, make sure to cover it completely.
- After the cotton balls are secured with glue, allow the balloon to dry completely.
- Once dry, use the black markers to draw a friendly ghost face.
- Finally, if you would like to hang your ghosts, attach a piece of string or fishing line to the knot of the balloon.
