- 1 cup white craft glue
- 1 package white cheesecloth
- 1 sheet black construction paper
- 3 battery-operated LED tea lights
- 1 roll jute twine (6 feet)
Instructions
- Cut black construction paper into small circles and ovals for ghost eyes and mouths.
- Brush white craft glue over the outer surface of each glass bottle and gently drape strips of white cheesecloth over them.
- Glue the black paper eyes and mouth shapes onto the front of each bottle.
- Drop one battery-operated LED tea light inside each bottle for a delightful glow.
