Ingredients

- 30 yellow, orange, pink & purple cupcake liners
- 10-inch cardboard ring
- Brown pom-poms
- Glue (craft glue or glue stick)
- Rainbow ribbon
Instructions
- Fold the cupcake liners into petals by pinching together at the bottom and crinkling the edges.
- Layer them around the cardboard ring, applying glue to the bottom of each petal and attaching it to the ring, overlapping slightly.
- Place brown pom-poms in the center of the wreath and secure with glue.
- Cut a piece of rainbow ribbon, tie it into a loop, and glue it to the back of the wreath for hanging.
