  • Parchment paper or silicone baking mat

  • A heat source (low-temp oven, dehydrator, or double boiler)
  • A flat, heatproof tray for cooling
  • Fine needle or awl for hanging hole
  • Cotton twine or thin ribbon (optional)
  • Clear craft sealant or gentle varnish (optional)
  • Towels and absorbent cloth
  • Timer and thermometer (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare your workspace and gather materials.
  2. Flatten flowers if fresh.
  3. Gently warm the bioplastic until pliable.
  4. Place the softened bioplastic on parchment paper.
  5. Arrange flowers on the warm bioplastic sheet.
  6. Gently press the flowers into the bioplastic.
  7. Smooth edges and trim if needed.
  8. Allow to cool completely on a flat surface.
  9. Make a small hanging hole with a fine needle.
  10. Thread twine and hang your suncatcher.
