Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, mix the baking soda, cornstarch, and water.
  2. Stir until the powders dissolve into the water and the mixture looks smooth with no lumps.
  3. Cook over medium heat until it forms a dough, stirring continuously.
  4. Remove from heat and let it cool until warm to the touch.
  5. Roll out the dough and cut into ornament shapes using cookie cutters.
  6. Don’t forget to make holes for hanging with a straw or skewer.
  7. Let the ornaments dry completely on parchment for 24 to 48 hours.
